Motherhood is hard!

I love my children but the journey to becoming a mother was not all sunshine and rainbows like so many people try to frame it as.

Social media loves to paint a pretty picture that pregnancy has you glowing and being a mother is the absolute best job in the world. That may be the case for some people but every journey is different. I feel like there are a lot of women out there that feel like they are barely holding on.

Trying to keep a tiny human alive while not losing your mind is no easy feat. It can feel isolating and like you are unworthy of the title that comes with being a mother. Keeping thoughts like this inside brought me to a breaking point and now I openly share my struggles in the hopes of making at least one other mother realize that we are in the trenches together.
